What is BuzzXplore Embroidery Edition?

It's a time-saving application designed to work with your other embroidery programs. BuzzXplore instantly displays your embroidery designs in 3-D without affecting the operation of your embroidery programs and it provides many tools needed to manage your embroidery design collection. You can use BuzzXplore to move or copy designs on your computer and you can convert, unzip, zip, and repair your designs. BuzzXplore can also be used to open designs into most embroidery programs - even many that don't normally support this functionality!

What is BuzzXplore Cross-Stitch Edition?

BuzzXplore Cross-Stitch Edition provides the same fuctions as the BuzzXplore Embroidery Edition except it provides support for computerized cross-stitch patterns and cross-stitch programs instead of embroidery.

Do I need to purchase the Cross-Stitch Edition to display the cross-stitch designs I use on my embroidery machine?

No, embroidery designs where the stitching is done to simulate cross-stitch are stored in embroidery design files and are displayed using the BuzzXplore Embroidery Edition. If you want to display the cross-stitch patterns created by cross-stitch programs (before embroidery stitches are created) you will need to purchase the Cross-Stitch Edition.

Can BuzzXplore convert Cross-Stitch Patterns into Embroidery Patterns?

No, you will need to use another program, such as PatternMaker to do this.

 Does BuzzXplore store copies of my designs?

No. BuzzXplore displays the designs in the same structure as you have on your computer.  Your designs remain exactly as they are unless you convert or extract them, in which case a copy can be made of the original.

 
What's needed to use BuzzXplore?

BuzzXplore works with Microsoft Windows 95, 98, 98SE, ME, NT, 2000 or XP. In addition you will need a CD-Rom drive for installation, 5 MB of free hard drive space and a display set to 800x 600 pixels and 256 colors (High color is recommended for the best realistic thread rendering).

What is your return policy?

Within 30 days of purchase, Buzz Tools, Inc. will accept the return of any product purchased directly from Buzz Tools, Inc. Products purchased from sources other than Buzz Tools, Inc. (e.g., local resellers, mail order, other Internet resellers such as BMT Micro) must be returned from the source from which they were purchase and are subject to the return policies of that source.
