OPTION 1: Automatic Update - Use this option if:

• BuzzBox is installed on THIS computer.

To update the program automatically, choose the Check for Update command listed under the Help menu. .

OPTION 2: Manual Update on the same computer with Internet access - Use this option if:

• BuzzBox is installed on THIS computer
• AND the "Automatic Update" option fails

OPTION 3: Manual Update from a different computer - Use this option if:

• BuzzBox is installed on another computer that does not have Internet access.
• AND you are able to write CD's or other large format removable media on THIS computer
• If your BuzzBox is installed on a networked computer, you should also choose this option then transfer the downloaded file before installing.

OPTION 4: Manual Update using ZIP'd Update - Use this option if:

• BuzzBox is installed on a different computer computer AND you need to write the update files onto 3.5" diskettes
