|Why am I not getting emails back from your technical support team?|
|Answer / Solution|
If you have not received a reply from our tech support staff within two business days, it is probably an issue with your email spam filter settings. Please make sure to authorize emails from BuzzTools.com to avoid this issue.
In addition, our tech support staff doesn't complete automated forms sent by email filtering programs. If you use an email address with a filter that requires each sender to fill out a form, you may not receive our responses. Avoid this issue by pre-authorizing emails from BuzzTools.com
